Photoshop: Restoring Old Documents & Actions

The old marriage certificate is damage and missing some pieces.

I selected the right side of the image,copied and pasted it to the left side. I then opened a new layer with a color that the eye dropper got form the certificate image. And placed it behind the certificate layer.  I used the eraser tool to erase stray marks. I copied the whole image and flipped it and place over the original erased the parts i did not need. Used the smudge tool to blend the top portion to the bottom portion.

 I then applied Sepia Toning.  I re-sized the art canvas and added a rectangle border and drop shadow with bevel and emboss
